A group of professional thieves (Michael Ealy, Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen, Paul Walker, Idris Elba) who specialize in spectacular robberies, are pulled into one last job by a recently paroled cohort (T.I.) only to be pitted against a hard-boiled detective (Matt Dillon) and his partner (Jay Hernandez) who interrupt their heist.

* T.I. as Ghost, the smooth talker. "Ghost is a guy who was once the head of this crew. [...] I took a hit on the last job. I got shot and went to prison. [...] Now I'm back out. The crew has gone on to do other jobs. Their position is, 'We've held your money for you. It's been collecting interest.' I'm like, 'Yeah, OK, but I got a job I wanna do,'" T.I. said.[9] Filming of the movie was scheduled around T.I.'s legal complications, which stemmed from weapons possession charges in late 2007. T.I. was one of the film's producers.
* Chris Brown as Jesse Attica, the runner, and Jake's younger brother. "I'm the flashy guy that gets the guys in a lot of trouble at the end of the day," Brown said of his character.

As usual Chris Brown showed out for the Takers movie premiere during his performance of several of his hits. Athleticism, fun and energy was all you could feel coming from the stage. T.I. also performed a few songs while getting very animated and pulling the crowd in. Keri Hilson, looking beautiful performed as well.
